Higher Vision, Santa Paula Campus
- Play bass or cajon on the worship team each week and adjust in-ear monitor levels for the team
- Troubleshoot sound, network, software, and hardware issues, and select and set up new hardware

- Served under Lead Pastor Tom Reynolds and Worship Pastor Virginia (Ginnie) Reynolds

- Brought services to convalescent homes in the Pasadena area

Recovery ministry
Freedom Church, Conquer program (Pure Desire Ministries)
- Led groups totaling 30 men through the Conquer program

- Completed the 12 Steps in 2018, and have sponsored one man through the program

Professional background
Renewable energy, 2017 to present. Currently a performance analytics manager.
- Defined a company-wide performance methodology and trained three executive vice presidents on it
- Trained international teams on U.S. permitting and compliance processes
- Manage outside service partners and coordinate across departments to close issues
- Write scopes of work, procedures, and technical reports
